Key decision points: -Prime at MSRP was about $8k more than the Hybrid (got mine for $38k OTD) even after tax incentives. -OpenPilot- this is a must for a Rav4 in my opinion and it is not currently compatible with the Prime. It adds Tesla-esque driver assistance and is single handedly one of my best purchases ever.
